Brown noise, a short ritual, and one first step small enough that you can't talk yourself out of it.

The step I got is still too big. Tap "Make it smaller" and you'll get a smaller one. There's no limit on how small it can go.
Can I use it without paying? Yes. Five sessions a day are free, with no account and no sign-up.
How do I cancel? Subscriptions are handled by Apple. Open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions.
Does it work offline? Mostly. If there's no connection, Unfreeze falls back to a built-in set of steps instead of generating a new one.
Unfreeze has no accounts, no analytics, no ads, and no tracking.
All of this is stored locally on your device. It is never uploaded, and deleting the app deletes it.
When you ask for a first step, the task you typed is sent to Anthropic's Claude API to generate it. It isn't stored on any server and isn't linked to you — there's no account to link it to. Nothing else you do in the app is transmitted.
Subscriptions are processed by Apple and managed through RevenueCat. Neither shares your name, email, or payment details with the app.
Unfreeze isn't directed at children under 13 and doesn't knowingly collect information from them.
